Our Valuable Staff
Wayne has 20 years experience in local church ministry, having served as a youth pastor, music director, CE pastor, and interim pastor. When he accepted this position in the spring of 2007, the ministry was perfectly poised for growth. Wayne’s spiritual gifts are leadership and shepherding. He most enjoys performing those roles in the areas of staff development, donor relations, and strengthening the PSS culture.
AnnMarie is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) which means she has a college degree in sonography and has had 17 years experience as a full time sonographer. She is also a servant of Jesus Christ, a skilled listener and a fluent biblical counselor. She came to PSS as a volunteer as our very first sonographer in 2004. She came on as our full time sonographer in 2005. God has used her to lead many women not only to see the value of the life in their womb but also to understand the saving work that Jesus gave on Calvary.
Gretchen came to PSS after hearing Wayne speak at Maranatha Bible Church about the ministry at PSS. She felt God nudging her heart in a strong way. Several months later she responded. Having worked for 20 years cutting hair, her listening skills were sharpened to a “razor’s edge.” She was well prepared by God to come to PSS and listen to our clients. Gretchen has been gifted by God to understand our clients and to offer sound counsel on a pathway that leads to life and blessing.
God led Bri to volunteer with PRC in college. When her husband accepted a job as a youth pastor in Wayne County, God opened the door for employment at PSS. She has a B.S. in counseling from Grace College. Before coming to PSS, she spent 3 years volunteering at a Pregnancy Resource Center, interned for a Crisis Pregnancy Center and had one year’s experience as Client Services Manager at the PRC where she volunteered. Bri is a trained, gifted, and experienced counselor.
Mandi is the newest member of our staff. She has a high capacity for compassion and has great potential for highly effective ministry. She is very enthusiastic and is a wonderful addition to our team.
